Our pizza journey started in Lancing as an offer for people to take onto the beach.
It took us and our chefs to be trained in Italy; we sought the chilled-out emotion of sun-kissed slices on the seafront of Biarritz. From the sea to the desert - Vegas, at the grandest pizza gathering - we've seen pro dough by the slice, deep dish by the yard. We journeyed to Brooklyn, New York, for the best neighbour pizzerias in the world - from world-class slice joints to high-end date night parlours. We are a product of all these; we are unashamedly pizza mongrels.
